Please read these terms carefully before booking a service with The Friday Collective.


1. About Us

The Friday Collective is a home and life support service based in the UK, providing specialist support through five service roles: Girl Friday, Man Friday, Lead Friday, Digital Friday, and Technical Friday.


2. Booking and Payment

All services must be booked and paid for in full through our website before the appointment is confirmed.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation by email once payment is complete.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment — full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment — 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment — no refund.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date.


4. What We Provide

Each Friday role covers a defined scope of work as described on our Services page. We will always work to the brief agreed at the time of booking.

Our team will not carry out tasks that are outside the scope of the booked service, unsafe, or require specialist trade qualifications.


5. Access and Premises

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained and we are not notified in advance, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.


6. Liability

The Friday Collective takes reasonable care in the delivery of all services. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, or for any loss or damage that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.


7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information at the time of booking. If the nature of the work differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the scope or reschedule.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
